I feel the same. This weather is unbelievable. I cannot remember the last time we had 70s in July! Even our night time temperatures are generally in the 80s. I'll take it, even if it means it rains everyday.

The 70's must be a real relief compared to what you've been getting!

Delaware was listed as the best State to retire for this year. I wonder what the weather is like there?

Wishing all a good day. If the weather radar is right we should get a pouring rain instead of a sprinkle for a change about 3pm. Meanwhile I have a chance now for a senior moments nap right smack in the middle of the day. This is one sure way to avoid a heat stroke.

What's that based on? I always tend to think of the NE part of the country as pricey but coming from California, maybe not to you.

Reading this, I got an image in my head of your house bursting at the seams with cupcakes popping out of everywhere

Is decorating cake the last thing you have to do for the wedding? (Maybe you have to do the flowers too, if remembering correctly.)

That’s how my brain is
I am doing 2 pans of lemon bars and decorating the cake on Thursday night. We decorate during that day. Friday I decorate cupcakes while my sister decorates cutout cookies.
Flowers are done. I did most of them. We started out working together but we didn’t get very far. The hearts were not in it that day. Kudos to the flower people that do this for a living.
Saturday morning I get to go cut fresh hydrangeas from her bosses yard and another co-workers. I’m hoping to sucker my friend into helping. There’s a zillion things to do. The bride said yesterday she can’t wait until it’s over.
