I need to go to town this morning and get butter and half and half for sweetcorn. A friend gave us enough to freeze. I cut it all off the cob last night. It’s nice to be able to have the windows open so the house doesn’t get hot. The next 4 days are supposed to be beautiful.

Yes. That seems to be the favorite. I didn’t get to do any corn last year so we ran out of the creamed. The guy who gives it to us lost most of his sweetcorn crop last year due to someone accidentally spraying it.
