We don't really know. She was/is a stray. The people who have her found her near a busy highway and haven't been able to find her family. They have had her for around 4 to 5 weeks. They cannot keep her and they don’t want to take her to the shelter but that is the only option if we don't pick her up next week.
She has had puppies in the past. So will have to be spayed and vaccinated.
My only worry is that boxer females can sometimes be territorial with other females.
I enjoyed keeping Brownie for my daughter. I intend to babysit for her again in October.
The man who has this girl says she hasn't been territorial or aggressive with his dogs. We also don't know if she will be okay around cats or chickens but none of our boxers have bothered cats and only one couldn't be trusted with chickens.
So we will see how she does and work it all out.
