Good afternoon everyone ! Hope your Friday is treating you as it should

Hi Mad I like pumpkin spice black tea but none of that for my coffee. Do you like the seasonal drinks?

I've never had a pumpkin spice tea before but I'm not a big tea drinker. I don't like seasonal flavored coffee but I do like seasonal creamers from time to time. They make me feel "cozy".
But the heat we've been having doesn't make me want to feel that way; feels like we're still in August

It used to be called Indian summer but we cannot call it that now!

It is happening later and later though. It use to be in mid Sept.

October is supposed to have frost on the pumpkin!

it is really crazy! I hope we get some rain in the winter months though. Some of my plants burned this year from the heat wave in July.

My kittens caught another snake. Good thing I was the first to open the door or hubby would have spilled his coffee.

Good morning, Debby. Its not her he got a closer look last night and it is a male dog. Not even sure its a boxer. We are very disappointed but still looking.

DH took off work early and we went here: Kentucky Down Under

It was fun seeing so many (mostly) Australian animals up close and the golf cart was worth every penny to my achy feet!

Warning, lots of pictures ahead.

This ornery guy fell in love with DH's straw hat and tried to grab it though the fencing

This kangaroo came up to me and put his paws (feet?) on my arm looking for a treat.

The sign on this guy said camels were becoming a real problem in Australia. I looked that up and it's true, Central Australia has a problem with feral camels.

What fun! I would have been scared of the kangaroo. I've heard they can be vicious.

It surprised me, as it was right there when I opened the door. I’m not scared of them. I hate spiders!

I wondered where all our snakes had gone.
I've only seen a few this year, and only had to kill one.

So many critters have multiplied this year. Wild turkeys are in abundance.
