Good morning all.
We are in for a windy weekend.
I’m baking and freezing squash today. I love the smell.
I went for my twice a year combine ride last night. The sunset was beautiful.

I baked 8. I ran out of bags. I have them ordered from Sam’s and they should be here next week. I knew I was low. I guess I’ll be baking them next weekend again. I got so many squash. I’ll maybe try and sell a few. I’ve given about 20 away. I have about 60 left. Good year for them.

That's a LOT of squash! It will be nice to have it on hand this coming winter.
