I made Spritz because they are my oldest son’s favorite. I was hoping to get them in the freezer before he saw them. I had them in a container, but he was across the kitchen in a flash. I hate making those cookies. I made peanut butter blossoms also…his brother’s favorite…he was right behind and demolished several. They’d been out pheasant hunting. I did salvage enough for Christmas.

Turns out that I was wrong, and today is their 'arrival' day. They are having lunch, and will soon be put to work. First impression of the boyfriend is positive.
