I've never had a cloche to try out but I think @ronott1 has one he uses. A cloche is supposed to give a nice crusty loaf with a tender crumb so give it a try and let me know how you like it.

Yes’m I sure will. Will be a few weeks yet because of my owee but I’m anxious to give it a try.
