Sounds like you're plenty cold enough. Richard is awesome! Try to stay toasty.
 
Good morning! I hope everyone is as cozy as my pups today. They went out with me in the 2 degrees, but everyone's all warmed up now. (Especially Pip! 🤣)

I did catch all the rogue chickens last night. They all seem fairly unphased from the weather besides their feet being cold. There's lots of places with hay and straw for them to hang out in.

I like this cockerel. He's got a crazy comb so I'm pretty sure he's a SS/RIR/EE cross.

That sounds like a lot of work already! I hope you can relax and enjoy the rest of your day! We don't have anything paved here and haven't had to plow anything yet. I'm glad cousin Richard came over to help, even if it was a little rough. Hopefully you don't have to go back over it.
