Hi Janie, thanks! It was one of those weeks. Home, and doing my own work is a good thing.

It was delicious! Our friends ordered a chicken bacon one. That was very good too.

We are expecting at least two of the grandchildren to visit today. It’s last minute so I have no idea what to cook. The son-in-law is bringing elk and kangaroo meet. I've had elk, but I've never tried kangaroo. I'll let y'all know if it’s good or not.

Enjoy the visit …and maybe the Kangaroo too.

Kangaroo, huh? I heard it is good, lean meat. I would definitely try some. I bet it's kind of springy (haha, just kidding, that was a joke.) That is neat your SIL is bringing some!

That was my go-to flavor of pizza, chicken, bacon, (jalapeno) and I also love pineapple and olive.

The kangaroo was pretty good. He went to a specialty meat market in Plano.
