Hi IM, I haven't heard about your ducks lately...how are they doing?

Hi. They’re doing great, laying consistently but not in the same place so I have to hunt for their eggs. I swear some of the projects I have are to prevent them from hiding their eggs We are slowly getting to the point of trust so they don’t run away when I walk around the yard. Peas help.

What are you doing today?

That is nuts. I am terrified that we will lose power in summer because of demand. I would have to take the dogs out to the car and turn on the a/c for a break. And I keep throwing more seeds into the garden even though it’s early for them because it’s so warm already.

We had to do that one summer. Thankfully the power was only off for a few hours. Jim bought a generator, and a window ac unit, a couple of days later. We've never had power out long enought to use the generator but its nice knowing we have it. My daughter, and my oldest son. have both had to use thier's for almost two weeks after a bad storm a few years back.

That's great they aren't so shy any more. Good luck with closing off some of their hidey holes so you don't have to do an egg hunt every day.

I have a couple of routine appointments this afternoon. Hope I can get those out of the way before our expected snow starts.

Good morning. The cold weather is back here once again.

You should visit AZ if you want to warm up, I see 87 in our forecast.

Isn't that way too warm, way too soon? Scary for what the summer may bring. Just received notification that in June electric service costs will increase 20%.

Morning Sour, are you getting more snow? Ours has now started coming down again.

That 20% hike is going to hurt. Everything is getting so expensive.
