Question…were you the one that got the new bread knife recently? If so, did you like it? I bought a new one not too long ago for sourdough bread and it’s just not doing the job.

Thanks! I did and I don’t like it. I mean it’s kinda cool, but I am going to get a regular bread knife. I suggest one that is offset so when you cut your bread you can cut all the way through without your hand hitting the counter.

In our bbq restaurant at the WY golf course I used offset bread knives ordered from this place: https://www.webstaurantstore.com/search/bread-knives.html

I had a couple of either the 9" or the 10" with the black handle, can't remember the size. They worked well for slicing the 100's of burger buns I was making.

I used to get a lot of kitchen stuff from that web site, they have good stuff and reasonable prices.

I had to look that up. I want something super sharp. I’ll check one out on Amazon. Sourdough bread is a pain to cut.
