Hello janie . Just about getting around today. Even the coffee can't keep me awake

How are you your family and pets ???
Any updates on that lovely dog you rescued?

We are all well. Maggie is doing well too, but she is a toot. A handful. She loves being part of the family pack, though.
My son and daughter-in-law from Colorado are visiting. Today they are out with friends so I'm hanging out, in the backyard, with the chickens.

Went to double header baseball game. They won first 7/4 and the second 7/6 in extra innings. Found out why they had problems at the Fla. tournament. 24 hours on a bus with a team mate with the flu infected most of the team. Also one of their catchers suffered a fractured wrist and the right fielder had an infected foot that landed him in the hospital. I wondered why the coach was substituting second and third string kids - everyone was sick.

A few years ago that team mate would have been severely dealt with here, for spreading his germs. Today they don't care. This can have serious consequences for someone with vulnerable health.

All that would have been enough to make any team have problems at the FL tournament. Congrats on the 2 wins, guess everyone is feeling better!
