We are home. Hubs and son are putting together a bench. DIL is napping.

this is the 2nd location. The original location, downtown, has a much smaller lobby area.
We had breakfast and I brought home pecan bread (for french toast) and a cheesecake.
 
I survived Monday. :th

I talked to a co-worker in the bus line after school. She hasn’t worked this school year and 1/2 the school year last year. Her 4th grade daughter (at the time, December of 2023)was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. She was told 3 weeks ago there was nothing more they could do for her. They gave her a month. Mom said she’s gotten bad really fast. We are hoping they close the school for her funeral. Not a funeral that I want to go to.😞
