A second big good morning to everyone! Errands are done, floors mopped, laundry going...I'm ready for a day of rest now.

I checked out of the motel yesterday and am back at the shearers quarters. We got rained out of shearing yesterday and the sheep might not be too dry today either.

I think a few guys are planning on going to church but if I can find my sister I might ask her if she wants to go to get doughnuts.

Busy, but it feels good to have it all out of the way. At least for now, some things are never done.

That’s true. I like to get my stuff done first thing in the morning too, so I can chill the rest of the day.

Bean and ham soup sounds good! I don't think that would last too long in my pantry.

It’s replacing what we’ve already had so not really. It’s better homemade than store bought and we don’t have to eat beans for a week.
