The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Ugh that is heart breaking. A mother's love to a fault. I can't imagine how difficult that might have been for her.

70lb of adorableness! Best of luck on that vet adventure, today. It's no fun when theyre not a fan of the whole outting experience. Hopefully he doesn't đź’©

D'AWEEE!! Just a couple of dogs on an adventure.

Poor Maggie, worms are horrible. Is the injections to help get rid of them?
Thank you, Mad. He didn't poop but he threw up in the car twice-once on the way & once on the way home, and he threw up on the vet's shoes. He also peed on the vet tech. He was very nervous.
Maggie's injections are to rid her of heartworms. We are supposed to keep her from being too active but its really hard because she still thinks she's a puppy. They estimate her age at between 12 to 18 months. That means she had puppies at a very young age.

Good morning, DMC. I'm glad that employee moved on and out! How is the Para who lost her child doing? I cannot imagine dealing with that. God bless her❤️
Hi Janie. She is doing well. She was glad to come back to work. I truly don’t think reality has hit her yet though.
It’s unbelievable the amount of stress that other para caused.
Wow, 10 weeks?!

I wonder how they select people because I know some people get a lot of jury duty notices and I've only had less than a handful of summons in the last 16 years 🤔 But i have an excusal.

Yay to the employee quitting! And hopefully a good thing for the old para, too.
She was awful!
It is a good thing for the old para. Her 1:1 remembered her, and it went well for her yesterday.

Probably getting back to work is the best way to take her mind off things.
I imagine teaching children is a lot like dealing with inmates. One bad nurse or security guard can cause a lot of issues. The problem with bad teachers is that they have a lasting affect on little minds.

Her child went backwards. It was easier for the para to do the child’s work. The child couldn’t even write their name correctly anymore. There were many other things that led to her quitting. She had several chats with the boss, but still made unwise decisions. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!
