That's a lot of cupcakes! What sort of decorating will you be putting on them?

I’m doing lemon/curd, chocolate/peanut butter cup, chocolate/caramel/expresso, and carrot. It’s for a retirement party at our local grain elevator.

I hope it misses you. We could use an inch of rain. I had to water everything yesterday. We planted 6 new evergreens, so a nice rain would be great.

So far we only got a few sprinkles. I hope we are in the clear. I hope you get a nice steady rain without storms.

Here's an Angora goat we did today for you, Debby. This is a doe. I'll have to find a good Gandolf-looking buck the next time I shear one. They can be pretty cool.

My peanut butter frosting did not turn out very well. I made it a couple weeks ago and it was perfect. I am blaming it on the powdered sugar. For the first time ever I had to sift it.
