Happy pre-weekend everyone!


I guess I have never had a bad maple bar, haha. Those were always my mom, sister and my favorite growing up! I wish I would've taken pictures of those donuts from that donut shop in CA so you could have seen them. It was called Castle Donuts in Clearlake. I think I would drive there just for those!

Hi DMC, how's your garden doing?

Mine was looking super this morning but we just had a hard storm blow through with a blast of rain and things aren't looking great right now. Hopefully we don't have any permanent damage.

I think you should make a field trip up there and check out the doughnuts in person. That picture makes them look pretty special!

Yes! It's definitely worth stopping if you need a good coffee or a donut... Who doesn't need a good coffee and a donut?! I can't stop thinking about that place, lol.
