Hi Janie! He was formerly known as Bugs. My son started calling him Meatball and it stuck.

I plan on staying in the house and doing as little as possible. I do have a loaf of Sourdough bread rising. I baked a loaf this morning and forgot to turn the temp down. It will still be ok I think.

With this heat, staying inside is a good plan. I was out this morning watering things and checking over the garden plants. That was enough outside time for me.

Thank goodness for air conditioning.

It’s not hot here but it’s wet. We are at almost 3” this morning and our oldest son has gotten over 5”. Not good. Hubby is not happy.

“Only” about 90° today. Google says 92°, The Weather Channel says 89° LOL either way, it’s def HOT but not as hot as yesterday. It’s about 10-11 degrees cooler, possibly 13-14 degrees if you go by the 89° LOL

I weighed my backpack thinking it surely weighed 25 or even 50 lbs but no. It “only” weighs 14 lbs. Hahahahaha

I like it much better than store bought. My niece is getting into it too. It’s fun to see how excited she gets. I don’t know where it comes from. Her mom doesn’t bake at all.
