It’s nice and steamy out this morning. I stuck my head out the deck door and promptly closed it. I’m sure the skeets are waiting for their breakfast.

Hello Friday and Everyone! We are just hanging out this morning. We'll probably go pick some more berries today. We have a pair of cranes that comes back every year to visit. Well at first it was one, but the last 2 years they have been a pair.

When I went to church camp they used to tell us they would peck your eyeballs out. I never tested the theory, but also not sure if there's any truth in it or not. I've always kept a wide berth, though, of course.
