Good everyone hope all is going well. Todd and I are good, just hanging out together and I've moved my front porch sitting area to the back, that way I can be with Todd outside more.
Of course my air until decided o die, so we had a few days of horrible heat both inside and out. But its fixed now .

We had a nice, but very warm day, yesterday. We are looking at the same today. I have a few errands and a lot of house and yardwork to look forward to.

Hello Friday and Everyone! We are just hanging out this morning. We'll probably go pick some more berries today. We have a pair of cranes that comes back every year to visit. Well at first it was one, but the last 2 years they have been a pair.

When I went to church camp they used to tell us they would peck your eyeballs out. I never tested the theory, but also not sure if there's any truth in it or not. I've always kept a wide berth, though, of course.

Good morning, Jen. Those are great pictures. I love watching the water birds.
We have a great blue heron that hangs out here. He lost his mate a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened. We buried her and didn't see any sign of injury.
We have a lot of cattle egrets, snowy egrets, and great egrets, too. We have two that stay here all the time. We also see a lot of Egyptian geese this time of year.

Hi Janie. Thanks! It is very smoky. It went from no wind, to smoky and windy. You could see the smoke blow across the yard.
