Didn't take me long to get back into the house. Its only 80 but the humidity is 94% .
I got a little weeding done, the feeders filled, and 1/2 the waterers cleaned and filled. The other half are on my evening schedule.
Tomorrow is Maggie's spay appointment so I need to fill, refill, and prep everything this evening so I can drop her off early. I'm very nervous about her surgery because of all her health issues, but we certainly do not want her getting pregnant.

The neighbors decided to party again last night. DH made the mistake of saying he didn't hear them so now I can see I'll have to work on my attitude today. (Actually the man could sleep through an earthquake, a marching band and a rocket blast off happening all at once, so his opinion doesn't count for much.)

Jen, that reading for pizza thing...my kids did that and we spent quite a few dinners at Pizza Hut because of it (which they loved)!

Janie, keep us posted on how Maggie's appointment goes tomorrow. :fl

DMC, are you reading anything special while you wait for the library book to come in?

Geez, I'm starting to not be a real big fan of your neighbors. I'm the kind of person like if it's 10 O'clock at night and you're running a generator at a camp site (not one of those quiet inverter-type ones), I may come a-knocking on your camper door and ask if you will be running it all night. I am not going to stop you, I would just like to know (so I can mentally prepare myself.) :lol:

Anyways, it would be nice if they showed a little decency. I hope you can catch up with a nap or something and it turns out to be a great day!

Wow, 94% humidity!? That sounds like a sauna. I'll be sending lots of happy healing thoughts to Maggie tomorrow! I hope you have a nice Sunday, Janie!

Hi Jen, a nap is definitely on my agenda! Also, a trip to buy some sound-deadening bedroom curtains. I just watched a video that suggested them and using velcro to seal around them around the window edges. Worth a try anyway :confused:

Did the lady that came to look at your ram take him?

They didn't bring a stock trailer, just came to look. I hope they take him--they were kind of a hard read.

That sounds like a good idea. I didn't know such curtains existed! I guess any thick curtain would probably help. Too bad it's not a light issue, the black out curtains work really well.
