The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good Morning!

Thanks for the condolences on my Mom's passing.

I did make four loaves of bread and bought a spiral cut ham for making sandwiches. It ca be a bit of work to make two batches of sourdough bread. It is no knead but the stretch and pull, which is still kneading, can be a workout too!
Wow, sour dough and ham sounds delicious!

My heart goes out to you and your family, Ron, and I hope everything goes well today! Nice of you to keep everyone well fed!

And speaking of doughnuts (we were, right?), my eye doctor's office used to be right next door to a doughnut shop.

The doc's office has moved, so today's appointment is not going to be nearly as delicious. :hit
Well that doesn't seem very good for business... I hope your appointment went well anyways! I rescheduled mine to the 30th, from last week because I had a weird eye thing going (it's better now) so I'm not too far behind.

I hope you have a nice Saturday, Debby!

I hope you do too!
We’re in an extreme heat watch this weekend. We’re camping at hubby’s cousins lake place. There will be no sitting outside or bonfires. We are going to a 70th surprise birthday party this afternoon.
Well the party sounds fun, but extreme heat, ick! Hopefully you guys have a good time anyways sans bonfire and the outside. It was just my mom's 70th yesterday.

Good morning, Ron. I'll bet it smells wonderful there!
