Hi Janie. I have to work through October of 2026 to have a full 5 years in. This is my 5th school year. Unless something changes, I will work until the end of the year of 2026. We are told how valuable we are and the school couldn’t run without us, but they don’t want to give raises based on that. It’s the same all over.

Oh yum, I'm feeling stronger already! That's probably mostly due to the doughnuts. You should enjoy them too, I hear they are a preventative for whatever comes your way.
