The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

I know exactly what you mean. They are pretty shady with the "free" phones, fees, and upgrades. I am going to continue use prepaid because its much cheaper. They keep trying to get us back on the postpaid plans but we always buy our phones outright and we don't care about disney and whatever other channels they include. We just want service that works. I switched from postpaid to prepaid about 4 years ago and it saved me almost $100 a month. Of course, if you can't get a signal, no amount of money is worth it.
That’s a huge savings.

Hi DMC, hope your Saturday is off to a good start! What does it mean when your phone goes into SOS, I'm not familiar with that.
We are camping in a new spot. My friend/co-worker has a seasonal spot here. There was a spot open right by her. There are lots of nice trees here but the neighbors are too close.😬
SOS means you can’t connect to your regular service but can make emergency calls. It is very irritating.

Hope you're having nice weather for camping. Who needs neighbors though, tell them to go home

Thanks for explaining about the SOS on your phone, never been faced with that. I can see why that would be annoying.

It is cool out and I’m loving it…65* and 15 mph wind. I have a hooded sweatshirt and blanket on me and the campfire is crackling away. Feels like fall!😋
