There is no shortage for wildlife.

My son put gutters on his house this past week. I don’t know if the house never had them or if they got damaged in the storms of 2022. I can’t believe he only had water in his basement once this year.

Yes, they are. The house was shingled in 2022. He put facia and soffits in a few weeks ago. He’s going to be putting in a new patio door, a walk in door, 2 garage windows and he will be doing his siding. Nothing has been done to this house since it was built in the 70’s except a window and new carpet in a bedroom.
