We get October 15-17 off. :yesss:
I am taking October 10th off. This weekend and next weekend I’m baking 20 dozen cupcakes for my best friend’s daughter’s wedding. I’ll freeze them, and on the 10th I will frost them. The wedding is the 11th. The mother in law is making 160 cheesecake. It’s a big wedding.

I had to get my calculator out...20 x 12 = 240 cupcakes. I think you need to ask for a couple more days off! Hope you'll share pictures of them when they are done, you always make such pretty baked goods.

P.S. Wow, 106 160 cheesecakes? Crazy!
