Yeah, still doesn't make sense to me why copy and paste would affect the color of the text only in dark mode (and it looks like it pastes in black, so I don't know.) It doesn't bother me one bit! I say copy and paste away bc it's not too hard to read it and it doesn't seem like too many people are using the dark mode anyways (they are scared, lol).

If you have the option when you are pasting to paste as plain text or without the formatting or whatever, I'd be interested to see if that would be easy enough and if it changes anything.

This is plain text, if this works, I can paste the text and add the pictures back in.


Went out to check on the girls. Brought in 5 eggs. My son said they've been bringing in 5-6 every day. My friends will be happy...lol


Bent over to pick something up and Crystal landed on my back. Got her off and tried to finish what I was doing, then Opal landed on my back...lol

Wow, the water looks nice! I think if I was an office person, I'd need that 3rd picture to hang on my wall. It is just so fun, like you're right there on a back of a boat!

It's beautiful, It's also a very deep and very cold lake, but I thought the picture was fun too. It's one I might print.

Yep, the text totally works! Will it not let you highlight the pictures too? That seems like too much trouble to put the pictures back in. I still haven't heard that anyone else sees it the same as me, either. Plus BYH is a sister site, so copy-pasta capabilities should totally exist, haha. Thanks for testing that! And no worries to me either way it shows up.

Well, I'm glad we solved the problem... my laziness... It's no big deal to add the pictures back in, they don't post when I do plain text.

No! I feel like I created a problem, haha. I don't want you to have to repeat steps! The BYC menu does have a remove formatting option that I have never used, but might be worth a try (if it can save the pictures! We need the pictures!!! )

I'll check that out next time I post. You didn't create a problem, it's good that we could figure out what it was. It will be easy to add pictures back in and I love sharing pictures and love when others share pictures too. It's the writing that takes the most time.
