I just got back from the store and am working on stuffed bell peppers for dinner.

You're sure loading up on the apples. What kind are they? Do you can them?

Thanks Debby! Enjoy yours too! Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, McIntosh & Arkansas Black! We can apple pie filling, dehydrate them, make apple sauce and my DW makes cider too! So far we have picked around 10 bushels! And not finished yet! When we first got chickens 3 years ago I traded apples to a young Amishman for 4 light Brahma pullets and 5 ISA brown pullets. The next year he gave me 4 Lavender Orphington chicks and 4 Buff Orphington chicks! This year 2 Golden Laced Wyandottes! He and I became good friends!
