It is good that way with a bit of cinnamon! We are going to try and make enough to freeze some! Labor intensive! We don`t have an apple press. I process the apples she uses our food processor then hand sqeezes the mash with cheese cloth! Cleanest cider around! She is very picky about all things food! 😊
