Good morning everyone. Today I get to put on my Vet hat, to treat a sick hen and Trim a wing on an escape artist.
It's also sourdough day! I love baking bread. There's just something so satisfying about feeling the gluten develop, watching it rise and then the real reward, baking and eating it...lol

She's in the hospital room aka laundry room at the moment. I don't really know yet, probably won't until tomorrow. So far she's still pretty much unchanged.

Dental appointments are one of my very least favorite things to do. On the bright side, DH is going out to get me some ice cream for dinner for my sore mouth!

Can't wait to hear how it turns out in your new oven. At least you have an idea that it doesn't run as hot as your old oven.
Mine is bulk fermenting. I'll be shaping it soon. Then into the fridge overnight.
