My parents were divorced before I was born, but my dad was smart and sent us to skating camps instead of daycare or anything. Those were really fun!

Good morning! I hope you are feeling better!Just saying good morning here. Struggling with keeping my bp down. When it's up like this I get bad headaches, then take long naps.
The only time I take a bit of bp meds. I'm extremely sensitive to medication so I only take a little and it works. Then I'm good for a while, weeks. So I don't take the meds.
Then, I'm Struggling to keep my bp up. It gets waay low. Last time lowest was 99 over 77. I have a hard time walking. Crazy. Lupus can cause both problems. So I just manage both as it happens. Guess what I take to ..up my bp? Green olives and it's juice from the bottle. Yep.Salt. And, staying hydrated..for both problems.
It is warm here this week. 50's and low 60's. It's been nice.
Leaves are almost all off of the tree around my place!

Didn't know skating camp was a thing, but it does sound a lot more fun than a daycare. My skating happened mostly on sidewalks...the only rink in town was in a falling down building with warped floors (you quickly learned which areas to avoid).
