Just saying good morning here. Struggling with keeping my bp down. When it's up like this I get bad headaches, then take long naps.
The only time I take a bit of bp meds. I'm extremely sensitive to medication so I only take a little and it works. Then I'm good for a while, weeks. So I don't take the meds.
Then, I'm Struggling to keep my bp up. It gets waay low. Last time lowest was 99 over 77. I have a hard time walking. Crazy. Lupus can cause both problems. So I just manage both as it happens. Guess what I take to ..up my bp? Green olives and it's juice from the bottle. Yep. Salt. And, staying hydrated..for both problems.
It is warm here this week. 50's and low 60's. It's been nice.
Leaves are almost all off of the tree around my place!

Good morning, Cynthia. The atmospheric pressure has been causing my optical migraines to swim just below the surface. I have a lot more of them now than I used to.
I think I probably need to drink electrolytes at least once a day but I hate those drinks. I like smart water but Walmart seems to always be low on stock.
Anyway, I hope you feel better. Enjoy your nice weather.

Yep, tomorrow is my b-day and even more importantly, (drum roll please) the 10th anniversary of this thread starting!

Good morning everyone. Four hour delay at the airport, but at least we were not canceled. Newark had 300+ delays and 13 cancellations. Starting tomorrow they will institute a 10% shutdown on flights.
