I hope they work for you. Until I'm in the habit of taking or doing something, I set a reminder in my phone (the brains in my pocket) . I'm terrible about remembering too...lol

The atmospheric pressure has been causing my optical migraines to swim just below the surface. I have a lot more of them now than I used to.

When you guys say ocular headaches, does it affect your vision? I get a type of migraine that causes kaleidoscope vision. Not super painful, mostly uncomfortable, but it leaves me not feeling very good.

It is either an ocular migraine or a migraine with aura.

YOur description is very similar to my symptoms
