It's busy. Beekeeping chores today, finishing up some boxes, so we can winterize the hives.

Sounds like you've accomplished a lot. Such a good feeling when the outside jobs are completed. Where trying to get there, getting close.

Wow, you could live all winter long just on potatoes and apples! That's awesome!

We could! Not to mention all of the vegtables we froze and canned very likely well over a hundred mason jars too! One big chest freezer full and three smaller uprights full!
