So sad and frustrating when animals aren't being taken care of properly. Hope they don't cause any problems for your flock. Will you be trying to get the 2 strays to a shelter or are you thinking you'll adopt them?

Good morning, Debby. I am going to call shelters. I'd love to keep them but 3 dogs was a lot and 4 is too many. I will keep feeding them until we can find homes or a shelter.
Its impossible for me to turn a dog in need away. They have those soulful eyes.
So far they have paid the chickens no mind. They cannot get to them except for a couple of roosters who will occasionally go over the fence.

We had a 40% chance of rain yesterday, per my weather app, but once it started raining it changed to 100%. They hedged well.

That`s too bad! Why do people get pets just to neglect them or abandon them. I will never understand that!

I think the puppy stage draws them in but the responsibility is too much for them. I cannot understand dumping a pet though, no matter what the circumstances.

I used to do themes every year. (Colors or characters.)
With this house, and these dogs, we don't have room for a large tree so I usually buy a potted one.

We don't have as much as some of you, but it's about 1" deep now and still coming (and we did end up getting rain last night so it's slippery).
