Thanks for the heads up! Looks like she loves her chickens. I miss mine..sometimes. No really, I had a blast with my back yard chickens, and hatching!

When my flock is gone I probably won't replace them. If I do I will get silkies not real chickens

Rene, earlier today I was reading about flooding in WA. That's not anywhere close to you, is it?

It's mostly on the other side of the Cascades, what we call the wetside. But, there has been some flooding from the Yakima river, about an hour away from us. This is all cumulative from upstream.

This is the road we take when we go to Mount Rainier, it's also the road we took to go camping at Walupt lake this summer. This river empties into the Columbia River when it gets to the Tri-Cities, which is also an hour away and where we shop and have or Dr's. They were calling for a chance of flooding in West Richland, in some lower areas. I haven't heard of it was bad there. It happens in that area every once in awhile.
