I made a large batch of chicken wild rice soup. I’m serving that and chili Christmas Eve for our noon meal. My youngest son wanted leftovers so I made extra and froze it. My chicken was 9 lbs. I ended up cutting it up and I put it in the pressure cooker. I tried boiling it first. It took forever to cook. Toughest chicken ever. I also did some laundry and put fresh bedding on.Morning DMC, do you have a busy day today or are you relaxing?

My mom used to make that. She always put it in a jello mold. It was pretty but I was not a fan.Green jello..pineapple bits. Cool whip, then Cottage Cheese. Easy peasy and yummy.
