I made a large batch of chicken wild rice soup. I’m serving that and chili Christmas Eve for our noon meal. My youngest son wanted leftovers so I made extra and froze it. My chicken was 9 lbs. I ended up cutting it up and I put it in the pressure cooker. I tried boiling it first. It took forever to cook. Toughest chicken ever. I also did some laundry and put fresh bedding on.

My mom used to make that. She always put it in a jello mold. It was pretty but I was not a fan.

Thank you Debby! They found it in Seattle. Flew it to Pasco on the next flight and delivered it today. Ours wasn't the only one that was missing. That is a costly mistake on their part. We live an hour from the airport and they had to pay for delivery on a weekend. I wonder what that costs them yearly...lol
