I ended up cutting it up and I put it in the pressure cooker. I tried boiling it first. It took forever to cook. Toughest chicken ever. I also did some laundry and put fresh bedding on.

My mom used to make that. She always put it in a jello mold. It was pretty but I was not a fan.

Good morning DMC, I made chicken wild rice soup a couple days ago. We're down to the last bowl or two, it's always delicious!

That was a whopper of a chicken, 9 lbs. Guess you showed him who was boss :lol:

Thank you Debby! They found it in Seattle. Flew it to Pasco on the next flight and delivered it today. Ours wasn't the only one that was missing. That is a costly mistake on their part. We live an hour from the airport and they had to pay for delivery on a weekend. I wonder what that costs them yearly...lol

Good morning Rene, glad the luggage turned up! I would guess the airline just rolls the cost of luggage delivery into what the customers pay for tickets. Customers always end up paying for everything.

Yes we do. Either through fees or tax dollars when the government bails them out.
