Have you ever had one of these Butterball turkey breasts? They're a good size for us, we can get 3 meals out of one, and they're easy to bake in the oven (no huge bird to wrestle). Walmart carries them, probably other places too.

They used to make these with both dark and white meat. I haven't been able to find them for many years, they were my favorite.

Going to have to check that out! Have you ever had breaded deep fried Turkey? Not so healthy but oh so good!

Nope, never tried turkey fixed that way. But if I ever get the chance, I'd give it a try!
