Good morning, Rene. Its feeling like evening here. Not only am I dragging but the sky is so overcast that it feels like 5pm.
We are having a pretty good day. All the youngsters have gone home. Until the next wave hits we are taking it easy.

I hate when it's overcast. Makes me drag too. We actually have sunshine today... it's cold, but sunny.

Seems like every one has a Pip and an Opie but me. I'm going to have to get more cats so I can join the club.

We rescued Pip when she was tiny. Anubis was older, he let's us pet him while he's eating and he actually purrs... Other times he swats at us with claws out... beast...

Both of my girls were tinie tiny, around 8 weeks old, when the arrived (in the chicken yard).
Boo was so feral when she showed up that I had to handle her with gloves for the first week. I literally took her from one my dogs mouth.
Junapurr came along two years later. She was so sweet and tame. I think she was probably dumped. She followed Boo into the yard.
We had an adult male show up a couple of years ago. We had him for a year and then he disappeared. I found him on fb living 30 miles away. I let him stay at his new home because despite being neutered he was a wanderer.
I had been thinking of getting another male cat but then all these dogs kept showing up so I'll hold off.

We will be taking Anubis in to be neutered soon. He's going to be very angry with us. He's never been handled. We'll probably have to build up trust again.

Do you still have the new strays? I know they've been coming and going.
