I forgot to say that the white pullet and the mostly white cockerel were the ones that passed. The pullet in the bottom front is Baby Girl.

The 17 eggs I found a few weeks ago under the back porch. Our son in law picked them up for me.

Thank you. It hurts but the puppy is no longer here. Our yard is fenced on all 4 sides so I just let them all free range. It's quite funny when I go outside because they seem to think mom always has food or snacks so I here the sound of 11 chickens and 3 ducks running up behind me.

Sorry about your birds. We've lost way too many to dogs.

My girls also come running when they see or hear me, so much fun!

Okay 1st picture is Baby Girl. 2nd picture is Cheeks. 3rd picture is Mohawk in front and Miss in the back. 4th picture is Hooker Witch behind Mohawk. 5th is Peppa and Penny (wl). 6th is Bernadebt. 7th is Evi. 8th is Darlin and Little One. 9th is Prince Charming (white with brown), Cinderella and Moana. 10th is my sweetest little cockerel and pullet that passed away. 11th is Prince Charming, Aladdin and Aerial, they were killed by the puppy that our son took and then gave him back to us. The last picture is to focus on the red pullet in the front and that's Cinnamon, also killed by the puppy. I forgot to say that Aladdin and Aerial were the ones that the puppy killed

Thanks, Renee, but I don’t feel awesome.
I feel like I betrayed their trust by sending them off. I know its best for them but they don't know that. I especially feel for Rambo because he seemed to think I was his person. Pancho is sweet and easier to handle but he doesn't love me the way Rambo did.
I need to take care of my blood pressure issue and then I am going to think about taking over Rambo's care. Thankfully the holiday visits are over and I can do so now.

Hi Amy, Pretty flock! So sorry you lost some birds... That is heartbreaking... Never easy be it predators or some kind of illness...

Thank you all. I have been trying to figure out if I had 2 drakes or 2 duck hens and apparently I have 2 hens because I just found a nest of 10 eggs next to the back fence. All of them are good too. I have gotten 14 eggs today
