Good morning, Debby.
I am taking a trip to the doctor in a few minutes. I don't know why it makes me nervous but it does. I am going to skip my coffee this morning so they can do bloodwork without a second trip.

Going to the Dr. Is enough to raise a person`s blood pressure! Usually on my annual check up mine is elevated. I don`t generally get nervous about it. Maybe subconsciously Go figure! The last visit I had the best blood pressure test ever at a check up!
