Barry about the dr. visit, it was in the 80's when doctors knew how to treat patients not just prescribe them addictive drugs or just ignore them because they don't have insurance or money to pay for the appointment. My blood pressure stayed low up until about 5 years ago and yes they would always want to check my BP several times during my visits.

That is good they took good care of you! I could tell a horror story about my last bout with kidney stones. That involved 3 different hospitals and 4 different Dr`s. Way too long to get into lets just say it was very disturbing! Some things were said by one Dr. that a professional should never ever say to a patient! I was as nice as could be especially for someone in that much pain! I`ll just say it did nothing to bolster my opinion in healthcare in a positive way!

I had a doctor tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about because I wasn't a doctor and he was so he knew what he was talking about and I didn't. I said oh okay well I have lived in this body for 47 years a@#hole and I damn well know that I know me better than you do so stick your education and books where the sun don't shine.
