Just the hypothesis that its caused by my vestibular migrains. I wasn't impressed. They didn't do much. Just took my b/p, checked me for neurological deficits, gave me something for my headache, and told me to keep my regular doctors appointment next month. I considered telling them they should at least check for an ear infection, uti, or low white count. They were all so young. When did I get older than all the medical professionals?

I haven`t been impressed by too many Dr`s these days. Most listen to you then look it up on the net. Well, I can do that! Of course no meds lol! They should have given you an in depth check up and maybe even some blood work. I would have thought they would have checked your ears! My Dr is actually from the Amish. He is ok, better than when he first began practicing 10 or 12 years ago! It is hard to find a Dr around here and even harder to find a good one in a rural area like this. Any cities are 50 miles away and the big healthcare systems are in it for the $$. Time really does sneak up on us doesn`t it! Last year I got what I call the geriatric speech, about having a will, lifting weights to maintain muscle mass and a bunch of other stuff. The thing that bothered me was the mention of a will. We do need one but Parkview Health won`t be a part of it! Sorry I rambled on! Healthcare and health insurance in this country really is a joke we are supposed to be the best country in the world and yet plenty of other countries pay nothing for healthcare and get better care. These days everything here is based on how much money can be made or fleeced from each and every one of us on everything we have to buy or anything to do with our so called leaders! Whew! Sorry I got wound up! I just think we as the people deserve better in many ways!
