Thank you!!!!!!! It just makes me extremely anxious and then extremely depressed after I crash majorly LOL even with small amounts. But especially with larger ones which I tended to have. And then it makes me start thinking very bad stuff and too much stuff, kind of racing thoughts a bit, but also just very negative and not good stuff sooooo yeah… my family, team, and I decided I am better off without LOL we tried the just have a small amount thing for a bit but 1. It has the same effect on me and 2. I could never stick to small amounts unfortunately LOL so now I’ve been off it like 4 months basically or at least 3 1/2 because I went into the hospital October 6th and got out November 17th. The first hospital, the regular medical one, had cola which I drank and coffee which I didn’t, so I don’t consider myself starting the no caffeine until I got to the other hospital the next day, October 7th. But close enough LOL that one also had coffee but I HATE coffee LOL also thy claimed it was real but lots of people said it was decaf LOL so who knows.

anyways, since I had already been 6 weeks without it in there, I decided to just continue without it and that’s where it’s now been basically been 4 months. I do still miss it A LOT but I’m way better off without it, unfortunately. LOL
