I’ve never heard of that flour.
00 (Tipo 00) pizza flour is an Italian, finely milled flour with an ultra-smooth, powdery texture, prized for making authentic Neapolitan pizza crusts that are both crispy and chewy

Good morning Ron! Sounds amazing. I've thought about trying that flour.

Good afternoon all. Hope all is well. I'm personally having a hard time wrapping my head around what has been going on here at home. I'm going yo write it here and copy for my other threads.
Some of you know that my son and wife..and two children live with me. They are a huge help to me.
My son was just diagnosed with a rare blood cancer. Caught early thank the Lord! It could very easily turn to Leukemia if not taken care of right. In fact, the Dr thought it was Leukemia at first because of what he saw on the MRI. It's Polycythemia Vera cancer. Manageable, not curable. My son knows his lifestyle is going to change. He does have a great attitude of gratitude that it was caught early. A pesty bulging disc had him get a MRI. Showed the disc. Did some therapy. Kept hurting. Went to this dr. that says, I want another MRI with contrast. He hadn't ordered the first one. Glad he did. He saw what he saw, too many red blood cells around the spine. Did blood work. So, Austin and his wife will go on Monday to see what the plan is for now. Medication for sure to reduce the red blood cells. He'll be going through a lot of Phlebotomy..blood withdrawals from now on to help them keep the red blood cells under control so they dont throw clots..to the heart or brain.
If you pray, we'll take them. Your thoughts are also very much appreciated.
And that pesty bulging disc? Dr says, i don't know what you did, but it's gone
