It's off to a slow start, just the way I like it...lol Thankfully my chickens have full feeders and we use a heated water bucket for them. They go in and out of their coop as they please. So, I will wait to check on them until it's above freezing today.
Are you having cabin fever yet?

Sounds like everyone is set for the day at your place!

No cabin fever here, we're just having a slow and lazy day. DH is taking advantage of the day off work (golf course is closed due to the cold) and is napping/reading/keeping the cats company. I've made tuna salad for sandwiches later and almost finished with my new book (The Surrogate Mother) which has been good.

Sounds like a nice way to spend a cold day. I love a good book.

Dale will be playing golf at 10. Then he'll come home and tell me how cold he got and go sit in the hot tub to warm up...lol They could have a frosty delay today.

We usually get some single digit days, but I don't think it's going to happen this year. We'll see what February brings. Stay warm!
