I haven’t heard of that one. I had these delivered to my library. Our library only has a couple of her books available. I haven’t started either yet. I’m working on laundry and have sourdough rising.

I have sourdough rising too. I decided to go a different route today. I'm making a sandwich loaf with 50g milk, 25g melted butter and 10g of honey added in, it called for sugar. I think my husband will appreciate the change up. I will make it this evening.

Me neither, I don't buy enough to bother paying for it. But whenever I order, I go for the free shipping whenever possible. Either way, I guess they get my money.

Let me know how you like it. I’m trying a different recipe today too. I usually use 100 grams of starter. The new recipe calls for 150 and 25 grams more of flour. I’ve never made an actual sandwich loaf. I use just flour, salt, water, and starter.
