We have March 20th, April 2nd-6th, and Memorial Day off. The next school year calendar is out and we don’t get any days off in April or May. I have 4 days of vacation available. We can only have 5 days built up and they give us 3.5 at the beginning of each year. I can only carry over 1.5 days so I need to use 2.5 days, or I’ll lose them. I’m using one on field day for sure. That day is a nightmare.

I can’t wait to see them. I usually don’t plant anything here until around Mother’s Day.

We have a system coming in on Tuesday also. Sounds like something on the weekend too.

Good morning DMC, hope your day goes well! Field day was super fun when I was a kid, but I can only imagine what sort of mayhem it is as an adult working that day

You really do have a long wait for flowers. We're in the 70's now but in a week we'll be back in the 30's. Flowers might be possible in April (I'm hoping).

Hi Debby! I have a couple more 36 count trays to plant, but I need to go order some tires for our van. Then with crappy weather headed this way I need to service the van too! Then if any time left I want to go artifact hunting for a while! I still might get one planted! Whew! Another full day lol

I read that the Monday after the spring forward time change has more vehicular accidents & more incidents of heart attack than any other day in the USA. You all stay safe & healthy!

Same here. I loved field days. As a parent, I always volunteered to help. I think DMC's school as challenges that my kids schools & teachers didn't face. That's such a shame. There are so many special needs children nowadays.
