How do you type foreign letters?

You change your keyboard settings.
If you have windows, you must go into the control panel; Clock, Language, and Region; Language; Add Language; press the little Add Language above the list; pick your language; and hit ok. A little box beside the clock at the bottom of your screen reading "EN" should appear. Click it and click the language you just added. And there you go :3
If it's something like Russian Cyrillic, you may need some keyboard stickers, or a picture where the keys are at
